Futuristic MTBMy family and I stayed at Hampton Inn Springfield because it was close to the hospital for a special family occasion. The customer service was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Cassie LunaI had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was an absolute pleasure to interact with. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. A special shoutout to Mynon, the manager. She is truly amazing and went above and beyond to help extend my stay due to some unforeseen circumstances. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

SWAT . CHURCHOur room was clean. The employees at front desk were super friendly and made the difference for this review. The toilet was not bolted to floor tightly and moved each time it was used, although no leaks were evident the jolt and noise was unsettling. We did report the problem to front desk. One of the window shades was not functioning and the chain was rusty and broken and we could not open that shade to view outside. That was also reported to front desk. The other problem that we had was resolved by management staff with several phone calls back and forth al8ng with conflicting information and procedures from 2 different managers. No management staff was present as one was on vacation [ and did resolve issue vis phone calls ] and the other was MIA.? Staff members, Lisa and Lauren were absolutely super and deserve gold stars. We would NOT recommend this location due to $75 pet fee. You can get a better room and pay $25 per night for your fur babiesn at the Hampton Inn in White House, Tn. KNOW BEFORE GO...the 3rd party you book with will be blamed for any problems you encounter at location as well as "new" software issues they are implementing for computer or booking issues.

Sandy MorenoMynon Gregory the General Manager is AMAZING!!! She was so helpful, she made my stay and my rehearsal dinner held in the banquet hall very easy and smooth! Michelle is very helpful and pleasant too! Thank you both for making my stay a wonderful weekend! Thank you for taking care of me and my family ♥️

H MStayed here 1 night, wished we had more time here. We got in later but the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and a beautiful setup. Breakfast area was also nicely displayed and spacious for the eating/table area. Hope to come back again.
