Glen ForehandThis is such a nice little family owned restaurant. Everything was delicious, plus nice and fresh and very healthy. The restaurant was sparkly clean too. We were greeted by the Owner. She is so sweet and friendly. I feel like we went on a little mini vacation. Did you know that they make all their sauces? Mmmmmm. Tasteeee

DiannaWe are rarely in Springfield, so we wanted to enjoy some local food, and Galbiya did NOT disappoint! We were warmly greeted by Ms. Yujin (Rachel) and seated right away. Between her sincere hospitality and the AMAZING food, we felt like we were sharing a meal in her home. The side dishes are so fresh and flavorful, while the entree has rich flavor and is plentiful. We sincerely appreciate and enjoy the authenticity of the food. We look forward to returning the next time we are in town so we can try other dishes. Stay blessed Ms. Yujin!

Kelsie CarterGALBIYA Korean Cuisine was a great experience overall. The food was really good, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. You can tell there’s care put into what they’re serving. What stood out just as much was the service. The woman working there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely funny. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal, which added a lot to the visit. Definitely a spot worth trying if you’re in the area. Ill go back again.

Amaya HallI LOVED going to this Korean restaurant today - it was such a treat and so delighted with the level of service and the quality of the food! I have some food allergies and I was scared to eat here because of them - but the owner of the restaurant was SO kind and accommodating. She directed me what to order and came out with a special sauce just for me that was gluten-free, and made sure everything was safe for me to eat. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet, calm, and peaceful. 11/10 will absolutely be coming back!!!
