ReEdna Bankhead1 day the TV wasn't working. 2nd the tub was stopped up. They also do not horror room request even though its an option. Daniella at the front desk made that real clear. That they don't care about room request and they will not be honored. The floors do not have enough padding. You can hear people walking all night. The only great thing about the hotel is the young man that prepares breakfast every morning. He was a pleasure and joy to see every morning. He is hard working and pretty much does this on his own. This town is limited on hotels but if you have another option I would consider it.

Amber MillerMy boyfriend and I travel quite a bit, and this was truly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. The property was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the breakfast attendant was especially kind, respectful, and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool , it was crystal clear and such a nice reprieve during the winter months. The only downside to our stay was our check-in experience with the front desk agent, Danielle. We only know her name because we heard another staff member say it, as she was not wearing a name tag. She seemed to be having a rough day and came across as rude with a bit of a smart attitude, which was disappointing. However, every other staff member we interacted with was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property. It’s super convenient to Kroger and several nearby restaurants, making it a great place to stay when traveling through the area.

JennyI stayed at the hotel recently and found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and effective lighting. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and staff members were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Amenities like the breakfast buffet, lobby area, and WiFi lived up to expectations. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and getting around town. The stay offered enough comfort, from the hotel room to staff and I will definitely be staying here again.

John DHad really great stay here. Hot breakfast was really good. Rooms are large and clean. Great place for the hole family. I recommend staying here if in the area.
