The 5 acre grounds Include an old cemetery, private rear deck with hot tub, and plenty of space to roam, and you will be entering off a section of the trail of tears. The place is filled with history. Only the bedroom with its own newly renovated bathroom is being offered. Included is a small beverage refrigerator, kurig coffee maker, microwave, and a wonderful porch swing.
