Rate This, Review ThatThe Colt in Springfield is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff (Never Caught Her Name) made us feel welcome and checked on us throughout the meal without ever being overbearing. The food was just as impressive—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every bite was delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Between the amazing food and exceptional customer service, this was an experience we'll definitely be coming back for. If you're looking for a great meal and a place where you're treated like a valued guest, I highly recommend The Colt. Five stars all the way!

Their authentic Italian pizza oven and fresh, in-house dough make the pizzas truly special, and I love that they offer creative options—including a pizza of the week. They’ve also put so much thought into their drink selection, with excellent beverage options for everyone. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and family-friendly, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. Their employees are equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. It’s easy to understand why so many people in Robertson County and the surrounding love coming here for dinner. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

Danielle MaderRead the prior reviews about the small space and it being too busy to get a table so we ordered ahead for pickup. The website makes it very easy to place an order. We picked up our pizzas to find the resturant half full on a Friday at 5:30 with plenty of table space to sit and eat. The pizzas were delicious. As the resturant grows we do hope to see an expanded topping list. The Bianca and Margarita pizza were wonderful with fresh ingredients and a perfect chew on the crust.

ColeSuch a cool spot with amazing pizza and drinks. The Springfield sour was one of the best whiskey sours I’ve had. Both pizzas were tried were fantastic. The bartenders were nice and attentive.

Hailee JacksonI ordered a pizza to go from this place since the reviews and the pictures looked great. My original thought was that the pizza looked a little small for the price but after I tasted it, I was ready to order another one. Best pizza around, by far. Delicious!! I ordered the hot honey and pepperoni and everything about it was perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh and the coal fire flavor on the crust was amazing. I will be coming back time and time again.
